What You Need to Know
This is your first and last chance to make an in-person first impression. How you respond to this question may set the tone for the rest of the interview. It also presents you with an opportunity to deliver your elevator pitch. But do so only if it showcases your personality and what your best self has to offer. If you feel this is the right fit for you, and you're the right fit for them, show it. Once you land your next dream job, you want to feel comfortable in your skin and bring your best self to work every day. So start now and show them who you are.
