Any time you are asked this question, you must do some simple research on their website and careers pages, identify what they are looking for in their ideal candidate, and then determine how you meet those requirements. For example, they are looking for someone who shares their values and someone who they would welcome as a friend. They are looking for people with a can-do attitude who feel comfortable being themselves. Air New Zealand not only showcases that they value their employees; they state that their people are their greatest asset "because while everything else we do in our operation can be replicated by our competitors, it is our people that truly set us apart."

I feel that I am the top candidate for Air New Zealand because I already bring six years of experience in a similar industry. In the role of Business Analyst, our analytic team was tasked to analyze both business information and operation resources, such as workforce, and identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement. My analytic process was based on my years of analytic and presenting experience. And, I kept upgrading and broadening this analytic approach. If you are interested in my analytic approach, I could talk more about it.
Furthermore, my education, both Bachelor's degree, and a Master's degree equipped me with professional knowledge in statistical modeling and finance and economic research, securing top position in some courses. As a Data-driven analyst, proficiency in popular statistics packages and quick learning are fundamental. The combination of these aptitudes makes me unique, and I am confident that I could contribute to Air New Zealand in a short time.
