Communication is essential in the analytic team, mainly operational analytics. I would rate my communication skills as a 7 out of 10 because there is always room for improvement. Since I led a group of analyst, I weighted heavier on communicating with group members and managers in all departments and subsidiaries around the world. Efficient communication will lead to a better analytic outcome. I gathered information from other managers before presenting quarterly reports to the board of CEOs "” also, fixed problems reported by other group members or updated solutions. Every successful day in a core department of two large companies is an opportunity to show that my communication skill is worthy to the minimum rating of 7.
