If you have prior experience in the industry, go into greater depth than what you've outlined on your resume. If you have any other training unrelated to this industry that you feel would be transferable to this position, offer that as well.
However, if you do not have any industry-specific training, describe any training you feel would be transferable to this role (IE: Sales, Safety, Customer Service, Technical, etc.). Although I have not taken any specific training in the airline related industry I have done some courses like Microsoft power bi course and my experience with the related role will be helpful.

"Although I am new to the airline industry, I have completed many relevant courses, such as (list these). My experience as a (related role) will be beneficial in many ways, including (list the ways, leveraging the Air New Zealand job description)."
