"While looking at year-over-year data, I noticed a huge increase in the number of claims for heart-related incidents in March and April. I researched the patient demographics in the 45 and under category, and it was an unusually high number of women. I pulled in our community relations team, and they started asking more questions while doing community engagement events. The stress and anxiety levels of women in that age bracket were very high. After showing my leader this data, she worked with the community relations leader to provide more outreach and education to women in this group. Our efforts resulted in a smaller number of claims the following year."

In my role as Quality Consultant. I compiled results from the quality database and the first call resolution database for each team and share those results with them. This allowed the teams to analyze areas that needed improvement each month. And then also complied an overview report for all the teams for the division manager that was presented monthly.
