I would want to get to know the teams I would be working with. I would want to speak with the supervisors of each team and find out who on their teams need some assistance and who is doing well. Also, I would like to spend some time re-learning all the computer programs and getting back up to speed so I could start coaching and providing feedback as soon as possible.
