"I received feedback from my manager last year because I was pushing for so many new ideas, it seemed like I knew more than everybody else- especially some of the staff who had been here for many years. I took this feedback and decided to include others on my team in shaping some of the new ideas I had before bringing them up in the team meeting. This approach helped to get their buy-in."

You can't be afraid to give or receive criticism in today's workplace. It is ok to be candid in your answer, as long as you show your interviewer at Aetna that you heard the feedback and did something about it.

Amanda's Feedback
This is a good example of constructive criticism. You can make it more impactful by sharing how you felt when you were told that your non-verbal communication needed was having an unexpected impact. How did you respond? Did you ask probing questions or for examples to better understand the feedback? Then, talk about the actions you've taken to improve.
Prepare for behavioral and healthcare-focused questions that Aetna interviewers prioritize.
