What would you consider your most significant professional accomplishment to date?

"Every year, I look at my five-year career plan and revise it. Each time I look back, I consider my steps toward those goals to be my greatest professional accomplishment. Honestly, being here in this interview is my greatest professional accomplishment. Getting here was possible because of all the micro accomplishments that drove me toward this macro destination. My most recent big goals were two significant milestones - improving my delegation and communication skills. That opened the doors to so many other things and resulted in overcoming other micro goals, which just went down like dominos."

"Last year, I received the salesperson of the year award, and it was such a great honor. I have worked hard building and maintaining relationships over the years and pride myself on my reputation as a trustworthy and reliable business partner. The criteria for winning this award were based on customer satisfaction, new accounts, and retention of current accounts. There was a total of about 500 peers across the company, so winning this award was a great professional achievement."
