What CRMs do you have experience with and to what extent?

Deloitte is a customer-centric organization, so it's likely they use CRMs. CRM stands for customer relationship management, and many companies use these systems to manage customer information. The interviewer is trying to understand what software you've used and your experience level. Speak about your experience with systems like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, OnContact, Prophet, etc. If you do not have experience with CRMs, be honest, but also speak to your willingness and aptitude to learn.

"I have never worked with a CRM before. However, I understand that this software allows you to store prospect and customer contact information to identify sales opportunities and send out marketing campaigns. I have researched a couple, like Salesforce, and watched videos on how they work. If offered the position, I'm eager to learn more about your system and dive into the training."
