"I have not worked with clients or colleagues outside the US. If I were assigned this type of account or project, I would first research the country and learn more about the cultural norms, especially business-related ones. I would observe meetings with colleagues, better understand how conversations and meetings flow, and learn as much as possible before jumping in. I'm not afraid to ask questions, so if I didn't understand something along the way or needed advice, I would speak to a colleague or manager for support to better serve the client or project."

"I have experience working with coworkers and clients in EMEA. I know the inner workings of effectively communicating with different cultures and being mindful of the time difference when sending communication. If there is a language barrier, I make sure to speak slowly and clearly, and I can pull in a business partner if we need assistance bridging the gap. I always enjoy learning new things, and working with various clients in EMEA has expanded my knowledge base!"
