In my current role, I worked alongside a diverse group of people that varied in educational level and experiences. As the head of my department, I had the opportunity to work with district administration, campus administration, and my fellow colleagues. I was able to learn from each individual and see how each of them worked when faced with challenges. I look forward to working with a diverse group.
