In both the university and primary school settings, diversity and inclusion are at the forefront of the mind in the 21st century. As an Academic Support Coordinator in this role, you will be working with very diverse populations of students, staff, and leaders. Your interviewer wants to hear that you can thrive in a diverse setting at their institution. In my current role, I worked alongside a diverse group of people that varied in educational level and experiences. As the head of my department, I had the opportunity to work with district administration, campus administration, and my fellow colleagues. I was able to learn from each individual and see how each of them worked when faced with challenges. I look forward to working with a diverse group.
