"I consider myself a diplomatic communicator. I like to see a situation from all sides, as much as possible. When it comes to communicating within my work, I begin with the end in mind. The best way to do this is by gathering information from everyone involved, especially those who can provide perspective from and about the learner. I wasn't always like this, especially growing up. However, I realized that I have to further develop my interpersonal skills to become more effective at work. It has helped me to become a more charismatic person. I have an easier time persuading and collaborating with others."

I always make sure that I have the full information. When setting up communication with parents I had to make sure that all involved knew the situation.
