"There are a few qualities that your next Academic Support Coordinator should possess to best prepare them for success, and I believe that I have those qualities. Firstly. I have a passion for education, and this has fueled my career. I have been working in higher education for all of my careers, and my passion drives me to be the best in my work. I keep myself updated with the latest happenings and innovations in my field. I also think adaptability is critical--adaptability in method and thought. Because education is continuously evolving, I need to shift my thinking when the situation requires it consciously. I have to be able to make strategic decisions on the fly, so I don't hold up any other process."
