"I am familiar with many techniques to help make coursework more engaging for students. The first one is interaction. This could be interactions between the course itself and the learner or interactions between students. Interaction helps recall because it creates multi-sensory memories in the learner's mind. Second, I ensure that I facilitate note-taking. Attendees should take notes effortlessly when taking a course, be provided with participant guides, or have a way within the learning environment to revisit the information. The third technique is using real-world examples. For instance, if I create a course about workplace ethics, I will describe realistic scenarios about conflicts of interest that I know employees experience. If I speak my audience's language, then it will be easier for them to achieve their learning objectives and apply what they learn."

This was a large part of my role as an educator. How can I keep my students engaged and wanted to learn. I researched and worked to become familiar with different methods. The most important is interaction. Students need to be able to interact with the information that they are learning. This could also mean interacting with other students. Making note taking easier within the programs could also help.
