But if I had to choose a couple right now, I'd say since we're talking about why I'm here right, looking to advance my career goals, I'd say Learn and Be Curious falls into that category. It's true, you're never done learning and I'm always seeking ways to improve myself. And the other I'd say is Think Big. It's why I'm here."

You always want to be in the position of being ready to answer what's being asked. Spend sometime familiarizing yourself with their leadership principles and how they define them. Choose one principle which you truly identify with and be ready to quantify how it applies to you with sincerity. Using this question as another opportunity to reveal your professional personality can go a long way here, just as you would in a live interview. Even though you are talking to the algorithm, you want to imagine you are speaking to a real person. Maintain eye contact in front of the camera as if you're speaking face-to-face with a person.
