You want to come across as if you are at home talking about the company culture, history, so don't forget to keep it natural. Practice in front of your computer's camera, trying not to look at yourself, but rather at the camera lens, and try to come across as a friend. Make eye contact, exude confidence, and communicate clearly. Remember, when your words don't match your gestures, it's your gestures that will be interpreted as your real answer. So maintain confident and comfortable body language, and speak from the heart.
