This is another integrity-focused question aimed at assessing the consistency of your answers from one question to the next. This aims to reveal whether you would be willing to do the right thing when put to the test. Familiarize yourself with TSB's whistleblowing policy, which states, "We care about our customers and our colleagues and strive to do the right thing. We do this by encouraging colleagues to report concerns of wrongdoing or inappropriate behaviour which could impact customers, colleagues, or TSB; knowing that their concerns will be investigated promptly and effectively without fear of reprisals for them." If you can, back up your claims with a truthful example where you have lived up to their standard in the past.

Be mindful to deliver your answers as truthfully as possible throughout the set. The algorithm will study your recorded interview, including the words you choose and your body language and vocal inflexions. To identify whether you are exaggerating or not being completely honest, it will watch for cues such as repeating a question before answering, speaking in sentence fragments, displaying a change in speech pattern, irregular speech, and rising and falling tone. When your words don't match your gestures, your gestures will be seen as the truth. So maintain eye contact and confident body language, be comfortable, and speak from the heart.

"I would follow protocol according to the guidelines set out by the company I was working for. I would take measures to protect the company, their assets, the welfare of the team, and myself. If appropriate, I would immediately address the situation with the person in question, allowing them to explain themselves or change the course of their actions. But I would report it to the appropriate parties within the company."
