You always want to appear prepared to answer the question posed with confidence. So examine all the qualities of their business and perform equal research on yourself. Don't wing it. Spend time before your interview identifying your brand as a professional. Write down your core values and a brief purpose statement about why you chose your career path and continue to pursue it. Communicate clearly and with confidence.
