Hiring teams can be instantly calibrated with provided job-related attributes and behavior examples validated by IO psychologists." They aim to provide "consistency to the interview process. Each candidate is asked the same questions and is reviewed using the same criteria. This, in turn, allows HireVue's customers to quickly hire better quality, more diverse applicants to fill their roles."

The assessment model will evaluate your level of honesty based on the consistency between your non-verbal cues and what you're communicating verbally, including your confidence in your statements, the consistency of your answers from one question to the next, and whether you unintentionally contradict yourself from answer to answer or from your resume.
