HireVue uses proprietary machine learning algorithms, also called assessment models, which record the interview and analyze your surroundings, clothing details, and nonverbal cues, such as slouching, folding your arms, or protecting your neck. It will monitor your facial expressions, eye and head movements, and hand movements. It will also scan tone for your vocal cues, such as placing stress or emphasis on certain words, stutters, or taking long pauses.

"In five years, I hope to be advancing my career with BAE Systems, either in this location or another global location. But I am pursuing this position due to the career opportunities and like-mindedness of BAE Systems' culture. I have a general idea of where I want to take my career next, but I imagine I won't know exactly which opportunities would be the best directional move until after onboarding and learning the ins and outs of the company."

In five years, I hope to be in a leadership position within the fields of data engineering or data science. As of now, I am unsure in which of these fields exactly as I would like to explore them further, whilst working for BAE systems. Essentially, I would like to be leading projects within these domains. Also, perhaps in a different geographical location, should I have the opportunity to do so.
