BAE Systems offers candidates the following interview tip: "Review your skills, interests, values, and accomplishments. Practice interview questions. Make sure you can answer questions about: who you are; what you've accomplished so far; what you want to do; where you want to go in the future; why you applied for the specific position you did; and what makes you the ideal candidate for that position."

HireVue uses proprietary machine learning algorithms, also called assessment models, which record the interview and analyze your surroundings, clothing details, and nonverbal cues, such as slouching, folding your arms, or protecting your neck. It will monitor your facial expressions, eye and head movements, and hand movements. It will also scan tone for your vocal cues, such as placing stress or emphasis on certain words, stutters, or taking long pauses.

But I am pursuing this position due to the career opportunities and like-mindedness of BAE Systems' culture. I have a general idea of where I want to take my career next, but I imagine I won't know exactly which opportunities would be the best directional move until after onboarding and learning the ins and outs of the company."
