Make sure you can answer questions about: who you are; what you've accomplished so far; what you want to do; where you want to go in the future; why you applied for the specific position you did; and what makes you the ideal candidate for that position."

HireVue uses proprietary machine learning algorithms, also called assessment models, which record the interview and analyze your surroundings, clothing details, and nonverbal cues, such as slouching, folding your arms, or protecting your neck. It will monitor your facial expressions, eye and head movements, and hand movements. It will also scan tone for your vocal cues, such as placing stress or emphasis on certain words, stutters, or taking long pauses.
