I feel my combination of effective communication skills, problem-solving ability and collaborative approach will be a positive addition to the data team at BAE systems. My background in healthcare has allowed me to develop these skills and taught me to adapt quickly to change. I believe these are some attributes that would make me a great data consultant. Also, I have always believed in acting with integrity and trust, which is something I practice daily in my current job. Since this is something BAE systems are also dedicated to, I feel that I am a good fit for the company.
