How would you describe what BAE Systems does to someone who knew very little about us?

When trying to identify how BAE Systems communicates according to their culture, consider this statement pulled from their website, "We never shy away from conversations about our role in the world. Those who connect with our purpose feel pride in being part of something bigger and are motivated by our positive impact on our customers and communities." Their messaging is proud, bold, and positive.

The assessment model will analyze how effectively you communicate. To communicate with pride, boldness, and positivity, be clear and confident in your language. Avoid stuttering, taking long pauses, or using crutch words. Identify your tics and avoid them. Pay close attention to your choice of words and what they might suggest beyond your intended meaning. You want to present yourself as a clear and professional communicator.

"I would explain that BAE Systems provides international defense, aerospace, and security for air, land, and naval forces and aims to make the world a safer place."
