How do you define integrity?

"I define integrity as doing what you say, meaning what you say, being clear about what you say, and standing behind what you say. In other words, follow through on your commitments and be true to your word. Make sure your word is worth something, and being transparent and truthful about what you say is just as important as anything else. Also, don't just say the right thing, but do the right thing."
