They want to make sure you are pursuing this position for the right reasons and are being transparent and sincere in your answers.

Showing your personality can go a long way, just like when you do live interviews or phone calls. Even though you are talking to the algorithm, you want to imagine speaking to a real person. So, practice being relaxed as possible and speaking in a level yet enthusiastic tone. Maintain eye contact, and smile softly. If the answer you've composed doesn't allow you to be situationally centered, think of a better way to explain your circumstances. You want your answer to resonate with authentic sincerity.
