Talk about any volunteer or charitable work you've done.

BAE Systems advertises that "inspiration inspires others to be their best. To encourage and support generosity and community involvement company-wide, we provide our employees with opportunities to make financial contributions, request matching gifts, and volunteer."

Make your responses as structured and concise as possible. Avoid rambling or delivering roundabout answers. It is recommended to use the STAR method when structuring your answers. Address each answer by first offering the SITUATION involved with your example. Move onto the TASK, which this situation requires. Then share the ACTION you took and the RESULT of your actions. This will add structure to your answers.

"I am a big runner, so I do charity runs for multiple organizations every year and have a pretty good track record for getting people to sponsor me for those charities. I have to say that BAE Systems' willingness to contribute and match donations was a big draw. I want to work with a company I can get behind that has shared values."
