"When I started in my current role, I noticed we were spending a lot of time playing phone tag with our clients. I started to use a calendar app that syncs with my Outlook calendar to eliminate all of the back and forth. After implementing this, I think I have saved four hours a week. I showed it to all of my teammates, and now the whole company is using it!"
