Anthem works with providers who have patients who utilize its insurance. However, while physicians are smart, many are not familiar with the platform and don't know about new technologies. Explain how you have been effective in communicating technical information so they can understand it.

"First, I work to understand their level so I can speak to it. I give lots of examples of what the technology is like and many visuals to explain what it does. I also walk through the data visually so they can see the impact of the numbers."
