      2nd Answer Example

"I love volunteering in my town. I signed up to be a mentor for a girl in my community, and I read to her every Tuesday. I haven't had the opportunity to talk about health insurance to a public audience, but I am asked a lot of questions at family dinners and holidays. I provide a wealth of education to my family about how to make the most out of their insurance and understand the claims process."

"I currently serve as a kidney smart lead at _______. Kidney smart is a program designed for anyone in the community to learn about chronic kidney disease. I meet with people in the community and put on a 45-minute course for them to learn about the disease and wants to better their health and overall try to avoid or prolong starting dialysis."

      Stephanie's Feedback

Great response; it's awesome that you already have experience doing community outreach. My only suggestion would be to use a more action-focused word rather than "put on a 45-minute course." (For example: led a 45-minute course, delivered a 45-minute course, etc.)
