"I always have a list of projects to work on, and I enjoy them. I had the opportunity to lead a project designed to create a peer feedback review process. My manager discovered errors in some of the work from our team. I had the idea to have a peer review the work. It took more time but was very helpful in reducing errors. We were able to reduce errors by 90%. My manager was pleased, and the team was happy and proud of the work being done."

"Since I'm a new grad, I haven't led any projects at work yet, but when I was a college student, I completed a project for a local health care system where I did an audit of all of their credentialed providers.
