A few of Anthem's core values are to provide greater access to care and greater health to communities. I find that I have similar core values as a medical/healthcare social worker. Overall health is important and having access to much need resources is essential. Working for a company that has similar core values as myself can not only boost my fulfillment in my career but also bring better outcomes to the community we serve and as well as better outcomes for Anthem.
