As one of Amazon's leadership principles states, "Leaders think differently and look around corners for ways to serve customers." So consider how you fit this mold. What makes you a maverick or a pioneer? Try to define what is peculiar to your unique approach or the lens through which you view the world. Hone in on that and use it to illustrate what sets you apart from the herd.
