I believe leading by example with confidence is the best way. I am very attentive and driven. I'm outspoken, but not overblown, there has to be a balance there. I'm also energetic and extremely hardworking. In any previous leadership sales role, I have really set the tone by outperforming and proving what is asked or required can be done in less time. We currently have internal team competitions in which I lead 90 percent of the way and 3 out of 4 of the last we have won.

I have had great feedback from people I have managed and mentored. I always take time to ensure my team is confident in the tasks they are assigned and take time to train and guide them so we are successful as a whole.
