Before you interview with Liberty Mutual, you must perform your research. That includes combing over every detail on their company website as if you were already onboarding with the company and are taking a proactive approach towards your company education. Look up employee reviews for the company and any media or interviews with their executives. If you are able, speak with someone who already works in the company. Display to the interviewer that you are engaged in the interview process by doing your homework.
