There are several approaches you could take to this question. You could name something that you'll likely not encounter at Liberty Mutual and offer that as a reason for pursuing this opportunity with them. Liberty Mutual values acting with empathy, dignity, and respect. You could say you prefer not to work in environments that operate according to the status quo or are disengaged with their staff, where nothing is transparent. You could also list things that are deal-breakers for you. Talk to the interviewer about any factors that may deflate or discourage you in the workplace. Counterbalance your answer with your ideal work environment, aligning this with what they offer.

A lack of teamwork and a lack of communication.

Rachelle's Feedback
These can certainly be demotivating factors. If you can give an example, this would be helpful. Please see below.
"I feel dissatisfied when there is a lack of teamwork and communication. To me, when my team members are great with documentation, and asking for help when needed, it makes our day run much smoother and benefits our customers at the same time."
Anonymous Answer
When I feel that I'm under-compensated and generally not appreciated by my employer, I become dissatisfied. I also need the stimulation of a challenge and attainable daily goals. If I feel I'm not doing the right thing or something that is kind of meaningless.

Rachelle's Feedback
This response is a great start! Let's try to flip this answer into a positive so that your reply doesn't end on the 'whomp whomp' mood that the word 'meaningless' can bring. I have provided a starter for you, below.
"In the past, I have felt dissatisfied when I feel underappreciated or lack direction from an employer. I am motivated by the stimulation of a challenge, attainable daily goals, and work that has meaning. I believe this role with Liberty Mutual will provide me with everything I need to be motivated, including a challenging and meaningful envioronement and clear goals to achieve."
Anonymous Answer
If I do not have support from team members or supervisors.
Marcie's Feedback
This is completely understandable! To build out your answer further, explain why this lack of support causes you to feel dissatisfied. If you've ever experienced this firsthand, discuss it, and explain what you do to overcome this.
