The interviewer would like to know why you want to work specifically for Expedia and not just any other travel services provider. Be specific in your answer to show that you have researched the company and understand why they are the best option for you at this time in your career. Avoid bashing the competition; however, you can bring up specific items that stand out to you, such as excellence in customer service or competitive pricing.

"I have used Booking.com in the past, as well as a few services from the Expedia group. I found Expedia to be a superior service in customer care and variety. I want to work for the best of the best, which is why I chose to work for Expedia."

That's a no brainer; I have had experiences with Expedia employees that have expressed to me how much Expedia Group is an exceptional place to work. I believe Expedia is not just a travel company but also a software and innovation-oriented company. I recently read how Expedia has allowed Bitcoin as a method of payment. Although this decision was called off later, as an outsider, I couldn't help but admire the risk-taking, innovation-driven approach that the company has. I have also seen tremendous growth and services branching out in this company and see the potential to excel in it.

Lauren's Feedback
This is a well-rounded, unique response. The interviewer would gain a lot of insight based on your response. You are doing great!
To me, Expedia is far more than just a travel company; it has proven to be software and innovation-oriented. Recently, I read an article stating that Expedia allowed Bitcoin as a payment method. Although this decision has since been recanted, I couldn't help but admire the risk-taking, innovation-driven approach to business expansion. I have also seen tremendous growth and service expansion, which piques my interest. I aim to excel in any task provided to me, and I believe my drive and out-of-box thinking could greatly benefit a company like Expedia.

Expedia is the leading travel platform in the world. I see all the awards your company has earned over the years. The Expedia rating is impressive. I want to work for the best of the best.

Rachelle's Feedback
Try getting a bit more specific on the reviews you have read, or a part of the company values that stand out to you the most. I have provided an example below.
"I want to work for Expedia because you are the leading travel platform in the world. You have many awards, such as (A) and (B). When reading employee review sites, your employees consistently say they approve of the CEO and feel that the pay is fair, and opportunities are vast. I look forward to working for the best of the best."
