"What interests me most about your company is that there are so many options for career growth. Ideally, I would like to earn my way into a team lead role, then a division manager position in the digital management department. Eventually, a Chief Data level role would be ideal. Of course, I understand that this will take many years of dedication and hard work."

I am recently "re-born." I found out three years ago from a nutritionist that I am "gluten-sensitive." Gone are the years of fatigue and tiredness that I fought every day that doctors could not diagnose. My joy, enthusiasm and zest for life since going "gluten-free" means I am fully engaged in my life and career.
I look forward to building relationships with your company's customers and fellow staff and performing the best I can. Let's see where this reinvigorated performance takes me.

Rachelle's Feedback
This response, despite being very honest and heartfelt, is not ideal for an interview. When we give too much personal information, it distracts the interviewer from the core of your message, which should be placed on your work related skills. I have offered a reworded response, below.

Ideally, I would like to earn my way up to the Senior Market Manager role, Area Manager role then Director, Market Management role leading a multiple level team in 5 years. Eventually, a VP-level role in the travel partner group. Of course, I understand that this will take many years of dedication and hard work. I love working with a team and I believe it would be an amazing opportunity to develop my leadership skills further and help others be their best at what they do.

Nice! Your response shows that you are ambitious and motivated. Also, you haven't provided vague aspirations; by naming the titles of the positions you're interested in, you indicate how serious and well thought out your aspirations are, which is great. Perhaps you can talk a bit more about why you're so interested in leading teams one day? Is this something you believe you would enjoy and excel at doing?
