The range of products of Expedia Group offers is breathtaking. The scope of Expedia's booking industry from cruises to car rentals, to hotels to even Airbnb is Expedia's strong suit. And then to layer on the scope of products and how they are tailored toward different industries such as to the hoteliers, to the businesses and to the vacation traveler adds an even higher dimension of interwoven accomplishment for Expedia.

Hence, in order to remain ahead of the competition, Expedia always innovate ways in which they can offer better products and services to their customers. Expedia's trying to understand the customers' experience while they are booking travel services on its website seems to be one such move. Expedia is currently working on an experiment with the help of volunteers in order to understand people's emotions when they're navigating its website.
