The primary job of your interviewer is to get to know you as a professional and as a person. They need to have a clear understanding of who you are to gain a better feeling for whether you would fit in and feel as if this is the right fit for you. They also need to determine whether you are pursuing this position for all the right reasons. To continue to foster and grow the desirable and positive work culture they've built, they need to ensure whoever they hire next will be genuinely happy there, and will contribute to that growth.

"Since I was a kid, I considered myself an inventor. I built a treehouse, but there was no lighting inside and it could get pretty dark in there. So, inspired by Archimedes, I arranged a series of mirrors, tied to the tree branches, to redirect the rays of the sun and amplify the lighting within. So, from an early age, innovating has been my passion. I went to college abroad, and the new experience of travel excited me, and I was even more excited by collaborating with like minds, which there were few in the small town where I was raised. So, finding a career with a company that focuses on innovation through diverse collaboration, with a focus on travel, is exactly what I am looking for. And my job search has led me here."
