I believe that I am a hard worker. I like working in teams and am a good planner. I believe that given a situation I can think of various scenarios relating to that situation. Hence I am detail oriented and don't hesitate to ask questions and better my work based on feedback.

Good response. It could be helpful to tailor your response with the position you are applying for. I cannot add that detail for you, but I can condense your current response. In this instance, your response may be too general; take this opportunity to highlight specific traits that will ensure a [culturally] good fit.
I believe several personality traits I possess will be a great fit for an Expedia team. I am a highly positive, organized person. I can mindfully think of several ways to approach a problem or inquiry, and I work well in a busy and fast-paced environment. I am a highly positive person and I work well in a busy and fast-paced environment. I have got an open mindset and can mindfully think of several ways to approach a problem or inquiry, can work well with many customer personality types I may interface with. I love building strong long-term relationships based on trust. In addition, I know one of the company values at Expedia is to include consciously and drive success for everyone around you. This is exactly how I approach work. I always look for diverse ideas, take initiative and try to unlock better outcomes for my clients and my colleagues. For example, I realized that our front desk and reservations team did not have much awareness about the hotel's business mix and top accounts. So I put together a training program for the front desk team and reservations team at ________ where they learned about the business mix, different market segments, key accounts. They really appreciated it as it helped them understand the big picture and serve guests in a more personalized way based on their market segments.

Nice! It seems like you've done a good job of connecting the qualities you mention in your answer to the personality traits the interviewer is likely seeking for this role (being positive, thriving under pressure, being a great problem solver, having great interpersonal skills, etc.) Consider talking a bit about the culture at Expedia (after researching it online) and why you think it's a great fit for you.
Prepare for behavioral and technical questions specific to travel technology roles.
