Do not rate them a ten out of ten. That will come across as sycophantic and will not gain you an advantage. Instead, rate them highly without being presumptuous or telling them how to do their job by offering criticism or suggestions. Instead, recognize the position they're in, the hard work behind conducting a tough interview, express appreciation for taking the time to interview you, and acknowledge their respectful and professional manner throughout the process.
