There are many options for communication software and messaging applications. Give the interviewer a brief overview of the apps you have experienced using and assure them that you can learn their internal system, should it be new to you.

Our hotel uses Kipsu, which is a team-based messaging application. It is used both between our in-house clients and us and internally between our staff within the hotel. Its primary goal is to provide a high level of service to our customers.

I have used Skype and Slack for messaging in the past. I am unaware of the application used for team-based messaging in Expedia, but I believe that given my experience with team-based applications, I will be able to learn the application used at Expedia.
