The interviewer would like to see which type of celebrity or influencer you most identify with. This question may seem like a lot of fun to answer, but keep in mind that there is solid reasoning behind it. Imagine the difference of opinion the interviewer may have of you if you say you are most like Kanye West versus someone like Barack Obama! Give your reply, keeping it to the point. Support your answer with a genuine reason for choosing the person you did.

"If I could choose one influencer most like-minded to me, I would choose Ed Mylett. He is a major voice on peak performance strategies, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset in everything you do, and doing good things with life's blessings. His podcast is a big encouragement to me, and I appreciate that he never waivers from his values."

"I greatly admire, and most want to be like, Arianna Huffington. In addition to being one of the world's largest female influencers in the business world, she is also a generous and intelligent human being. I appreciate people who remain down to earth and interested in helping others despite soaring to fame and wealth."

I would say I am most like Gayle King. You see, I love Oprah. And, while I am not as strong a leader as Oprah, I certainly like to be close to those who set firm examples in leadership roles. Just like Oprah, Gayle is forward thinking and talented in her career.

I greatly admire, and most want to be like Nelson Mandela. He fought colonial power in apartheid South Africa and was democratically elected as the first black president of the country.
I admire him for his leadership skills. I also admire him for his compassion and empathy. When he was released from prison after being wrongly imprisoned for 27 years, he chose forgiveness and love instead of revenge and hate.
He extended the proverbial olive branch to his capturers, and worked hard to help his people and his country. He inspires me to be a great leader, to be compassionate and to leave a positive impact on this world.

If I had to choose an influencer, it would be Elon Musk because his projects are geared towards sustainability and the future of mankind. He has also shown that he is an innovator and a jack of all trades by leading projects that are poles apart, such as PayPal and SpaceX. I appreciate his unconventionality.

Lauren's Feedback
This is a good example with ample context, but be sure to include your like-mindedness. Take this question as an opportunity to highlight your strengths.
Elon Musk is a highly-recognized influencer for his unconventionally innovative mindset. I, too, am an out-of-box thinker who likes to look towards to future and create a sustainable and efficient environment. Similar to Musk, I consider myself a "jack of all trades" and a person who can manage many projects at one time. I set my work performance standards extremely high and strive to excel.

I would probably say, Sam Walton. He is the founder of the retailers Walmart and Sam's Club. I admire his courage because He had a tough childhood and worked hard to make ends meet for his family. He has a continuous desire to try and succeed.
