Why should we hire you?
Similar to asking why you want to work for them, they now want to know whether you put in the work to prepare for your interview. Your familiarity with their people, purpose, culture, and values will inform them of whether you see yourself as their target talent. So, this question is focused on how confident you are that Delta wants to hire you, and how effectively and originally you can communicate that point.
