      Marcie's Feedback

It's great that you're a positive person who enjoys working with and motivating others. The interviewer will be happy to hear this. Can you provide a specific example of a time when you motivated a team member? Discuss the methods you used to help them. See below for another way you might answer this question:
"I love working with others, and a big part of that is helping to motivate them when they're feeling down or frustrated. One way I do this is to talk to them about setting a goal for themselves because I've found that having goals myself motivates me to work hard. I encourage them to reward themselves when they reach the goal as well. I also try to be an active listener so they feel understood and heard. I support their ideas and encourage them to think creatively about their problems. Finally, I always strive to be optimistic. I believe that my positivity rubs off on people, helping them to feel upbeat and hopeful too."
