      "You know"¦ I've had situations where the customer would come off as rude and I will not let it affect me. Once they see I am still being nice to them then they start being nice to me. I've had situations where the customer is right and "I had to put the company first" according to my manager and I couldn't. And that manager no longer works for us."

      Can you talk in more specific detail about a few of these examples? Doing so will make them much more impactful to the interviewer. (And make sure the examples you discuss show how you treat customers like they are the most important customer in the world.) Also, be sure to rattle off some of the customer service skills that you possess. Some examples include being a persuasive and clear communicator, an empathetic and active listener, and someone who thinks quickly on their feet.
