They train thoroughly on their brand but also find out your motivations so they can discover all areas of growth. Their training program is set up to expose you to various environments, leaders, and teams. Assure the interviewer that you are dedicated to your professional growth and can see yourself quickly advancing with Chanel. Give an example of how you plan to grow your career this year with their organization.

"I am very career focused and would like to see my career grow into a management-focused role.
