Research, study, memorize, and be ready. The algorithm will evaluate how naturally you speak. Try not to stutter, pause, or look up while trying to recall information. Avoid glancing down at your notes, or worse yet, at your phone to look up the information.

Prep in front of the camera. Record your practice runs and replay them. Your mannerisms and eye contact will say as much about you as your verbalized answers. Go the extra mile and score some bonus points by throwing in an extra fact or two about their CEO. It helps to have the correct answer, but going to extra lengths will reveal a strong work ethic and give you a little extra confidence.
