When it comes to insurance, would you rather work face to face with clients, or in the background in a research and analysis based role?

After researching USAA, and understanding more about the position you have applied for, answer accordingly. Depending on the role at USAA, you may be asked to interface with customers face to face, or will take more behind the scenes approach. "I am more of an analyst type and do prefer to be in the background, making the numbers happen. With that said; I am still a people person and would always put my best face forward in any customer facing situation. I can flex both abilities and just depends on what USAA is looking for in this role."

I am 100% a people person and enjoy face-to-face interactions. That said, once I have strengthened my knowledge of the products USAA offers I’d be more comfortable with negotiating with customers face to face. Right now I think I’d be better in the background as I navigate through perfecting my knowledge of everything USAA provides.
