I believe that I am a natural-born leader. I am able to take charge of a team while still making sure they feel appreciated for their work and contributions. In my current role, I am a lead host and it is my job to run the shift and delegate duties. I think when you show respect you get respect naturally and in doing so I was given a raise and made a company-certified trainer.
