I am very flexible and feel that I can adapt to any style of management. I do love getting feedback, not micromanaged but if there are areas I can improve or be better at I’m always open to that. At the same time, if it is an area I’m not so confident in, then I do love managers who are also able to coach me along the way and help me reach those goals.
