What management style do you prefer?
USAA values their employees and wants to make sure that you would be a good fit with the hiring manager. It is a good idea to talk about the style you prefer, such as flexible or coaching, however, also to remain open minded. Explain that you are able to work with any management style, however, there is a management style you enjoy working with the most.
"I can work with any management style. I am able to adapt very well to any style, however I do enjoy a manager that likes to sit down and talk about career and growth opportunities and help me grow within the organization. I find that I do very well with this style."

I am very flexible and feel that I can adapt to any style of management. I do love getting feedback, not micromanaged but if there are areas I can improve or be better at I’m always open to that. At the same time, if it is an area I’m not so confident in, then I do love managers who are also able to coach me along the way and help me reach those goals.
